Terms of Use

Keenyx lets you build a support chatbot that answers only from documents you upload, and embed it on your own website. Answers are generated by an AI model and are only as accurate as the documents you provide — Keenyx doesn’t guarantee any answer is complete, current, or free of error, and you’re responsible for reviewing what your bot is telling your visitors.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to sign up.

You agree not to use Keenyx to:

• Upload content you don’t have the right to use.
• Build a bot intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person or business you’re not authorized to represent.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or the free-tier/plan boundaries by technical means.
• Probe, scan, or attack the service’s infrastructure.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Paid plans (currently Starter) bill monthly through Razorpay, in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Promo codes are single-use per workspace, may be time-limited or capped in total redemptions, and can be discontinued at any time without notice.

You own whatever you upload to your knowledge base. You grant Keenyx a limited license to store and process it solely to generate answers for your bot — never to train models or share it with any other account.

Keenyx is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated answers will always be accurate — a third-party AI model (currently Google Gemini) generates the actual replies, and its behavior is outside our direct control.

To the extent permitted by law, Keenyx isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on an AI-generated answer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Billing. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
