Privacy Policy

Account data — your email address, password (hashed, we never see it in plain text), and workspace name, collected when you sign up.

Your knowledge base — documents, URLs, and text you upload for your bot to answer from.

Conversation data — messages exchanged between your bot and your website’s visitors, plus a session identifier and, where available, an IP address, used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

Payment data — we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Your knowledge base and conversation data are used only to generate answers for your own bot. They are never used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a third party’s, and never shared with or made visible to any other Keenyx account.

Row-level security is enforced at the database level, not just in application code — one workspace’s data is invisible to every other workspace by construction.

Keenyx runs on a small number of subprocessors, each handling only what they need to:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Google (Gemini API) — generates answers and embeddings from your knowledge base. Your API usage is not used by Google to train models, per their API terms.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Card details never reach our servers.
• Resend — sends account and support emails.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

You can permanently delete your workspace, bot, knowledge base, and every conversation yourself, any time, from Dashboard → Billing. No support ticket required. This is irreversible.

Every connection runs over HTTPS. API keys used to generate answers live on our servers only and are never exposed to your website or embed code. See our Security & trust section for more detail.
